Inner Circle Weekend – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Who can join the Inner Circle Weekend Event?

This event is exclusive for Inner Circle members.

On top of this, you must be an active Inner Circle member between the date when you book your spot in the IC Weekend event and the ending date of the event.

Due to limited spots available for the activities, partners and spouses are not allowed to join the IC Weekend Event.

The price of the Inner Circle Weekend does NOT include:

  • flights
  • accommodation
  • transportation from and to the airport
  • breakfast
  • any other expenses related to traveling from your own country

The booking will be done in 2 payments:

  • €199 when booking your spot for the event
  • €199 anytime until November 19 (2 months before the event)

Cancellation and refunds

  • Full refund if you cancel before November 19
  • €199 if you cancel between November 20 and December 19
  • No refund if you cancel between December 20 and January 19
